2003 chevy malibu starts n dies immediately

ive been doin body work on hood n driver door -- IE; wet sanding w/car front up on ramp. I
think something either got wet or disconnected ---dunno. Car will start n immediately die,
n yes i put in neutral n pushed off ramp n set car flush. ideas?

Did by any chance weld any new metal on the car? If you did,and did not disconnect the battery,your PCM is fried.
