What would cause my 2003 Malibu to leak all my water from the exhaust pipe.

Had the manifold gastek checked, new thermostat, radiator flushed and my coolant is leaking from the exhaust. Why?

The only way for the coolant to go out from the exhaust is from the cylinder head gasket or if you had it running on high temperature and/or filled with cold coolant while engine was hot then expect a crack on the block... Both are serious damage and if you don't fix it it might get dangerous, and i am not saying that it is not dangerous already.
