Brake Master Cylinder

I was replacing my master cylinder on my
2003 chevy malibu ( Base ) and one of the
fluid lines don't screw into master cylinder.
Can anyone help me? And tell me what I can
do to fix it... Thanks

Are you sure you have the right master cylinder installed, It should fit, is it to big, to small? did you try a fitting of the same size to see if it may be crossed threaded? ( Mater Cylinder)
