I am having trouble with my 03 malibu. I stopped
the other day to get gas and I noticed all my
gauges dropped while I was getting gas. After I got
it home it shut off and now it won't start.  When I
turn the ignition switch to on I get nothing but
check engine light. I have no power and it will not
start. What could be the problem.

A relay of some sort went bad, that or a connector to your electrical system came off.

Including the relays, interesting? They are the little black boxes-- Since the car gives you a CEL or SES light, have the car scanned let me know what codes are present

After I plugged the scanner in, all the lights came on and I had power. When I hit the scan button it read "no codes". After I unplugged it I lost power again.

When I plug the scanner in the car will start and run. But when I unplug the scanner the car shuts off again

Have you been working on anything under the dashboard?? Sounds like you may have grounded the ACC wire. Make sure that your wires are not damaged
