sounds like system is doing it's job...is this your car or are you trying to steal it.....

its called a pass lock sensor its in the ignition switch and it is a very common problem with those. i replace at least one or two a month at my work.

you could have many different problems it could be the key the lock or the module its not cheap to fix but what you can try is spray some compressed air in the lock cylinder (were the key goes) or get some q-tips dip them in rubbing alcohol and try cleaning the inside out it may be just dirty if that doesn't work you will need to take it in it is too tricky to diagnose if your now familiar with how the system works
