poor acceleration

i have really bad acceleration,ive replaced fuel
pump,starter,soleniod,alternator,plugs,wires,and when i accelerate its real
sluggish and dont want to pick up speed and it seems like its miss firing and
has a rough idle

I'd start with a complete tune-up , spark plugs , plug wires , Distributer cap and an rotor button . Check for vacuum leaks

Tried to drive it today and it didnt want to go anywhere at all..but in park the accerleration it somewhat better.

One thing I don't know is would a get valve issue cause these issues
