Signal light issue

I have A Ford F-250 super duty. When I turn on the left signal light, both rear signals
flash. We have put in new bulbs in the back, checked ground wires, installed a new
flasher. All other exterior lights, e.g., parking and brake work fine. Right hand flasher also
works fine. Any ideas?

Sounds like there is a crossed wire in rear of truck,if your truck has a pig tail for trailer pulling check it,and wires coming off of it.

Check wires going into light socket . My brother had this problem and the wires going into light socket was corroded cleaned and they started working.
