4x4 not working

I have a 2000 SD with manual t case and manual
hubs. I just switched out the factory plastic hubs
with WARN hubs. I engage the T-case but front
wheels will not spin with hubs locked.

Makes sense yes. I had a passenger side wheel bearing go bad it over heated and melted the plastic hub that is why they were replaced. Everything worked prior. I must have missed something with the hub install. I just don't know what it could be.

    The 4x4 doesn't stay on when turned on all the time. It'll fluctuate on and off. The lite on the dash is on when turned to 4x4
