Overheating- check the cooling fan operation, you don't want to blow a head gasket. For the other two problems, you need to have the systems codes checked to find out what has caused the trouble lights, on the transmission it could be failing shift solenoids, and those can burn out the tranny if not fixed soon, the ABS is most likely a wheel speed sensor or connector corrosion. Don't put things off, the longer you wait the more expensive it is going to be to get repaired.
