Try replacing the starter relay that is in the fuse box under the hood. On the inside of the cover will let you know which one it is.
And is the battery good? may be some bad connections.
Can it be the ignition? Battery is good so is the relay
Yes that was my next suggestion, the ignition switch down on the steering column.
My 2003 impala only starts sometimes when it fails it makes no noise at all what could be the problem
