how to get locator in computer off chevy impalia 2003 model

I do believe my husband has out a location detection on my car, therefore he can find me, we are going through nasty divorce and lost of what to do, to get thing off my car???

How do I get my tracking device to shut off wen I need it to. Got 2015 Buick LACROSSE. It has onstar.

Some one stole my 2014 impala but I don't have OnStar is it possible to find it???

Danraye, my license plates were cloned and put on a white chevy impala 2014 to 18 at end of Jan or 1st of February. The car had parking and toll violations. I have no doubt the car us stolen but since my plates were cloned and not stolen the police would not take my report.
