how do i figure out why my 2000 ford f250 sd keeps blowing fuse #19 instrument fuse

some things who knows..try and cleaning the fuse holder and is any other acessory stuff pluged in ..after you clen it try a fuse 4-5 amp higher..just for the heck of it and report back...ps..you didnt say how lon it stays on..good...when / how...would have helped
