2003 Chevy impala heater/ac

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have replaced my blower motor resistor and
blower motor checked all the fuses and still yet not
able to find why my heater/ac only turns on when  
it wants to. Any suggestions on how I can resolve
this issue

@cjsras but the ac/heater control panel all the lights turn on and even the back window defroster works I checked the air and vacuum hoses they are fine

That tells me the lights work, not the switch for the blower motor.
