Fords reall don't have a fuse for the starter, it is hooked directly to the battery through the starter solenoid. So I believe that you have a short in the one of the main circuits that supply power all over the rig, so you will need a wiring diagram, using the fuse that blows as the guide start from there and find out just what is on that circuit and check everyone for an internal short, if nothing is found componet wise then start checking the wiring for a rubbed through spot or short to ground. This can get complicated and frustrating to find, most shorts usually are especially if thier intermittent, so if you feel it is too much then take it too a shop you trust to locate the short.
