Hard to start, very hesitant, when taking off no power. When I push the gas it sputters, maybe only gets up to 30 mph

P0174 is a lean code,P0113 is a intake air temp. issue, and P0133 is O2 sensor Bank 1 sensor 1. My opinion is that you have a vacuum leak.

I use brake cleaner. Start engine cold, let idle and spray brake cleaner around intake area, air filter intake tube, and all vacuum lines, While spraying if there is a leak the engine idle will respond by raising up or stumbling low,If a real bad leak is detected engine may stall out.

If you get a idle change the repair would be at the point/area you sprayed the brake cleaner. When you get to that point just let me know.I can try to help you through it.
