Relay location and what to look for

Hello there I own a 2003 Chevrolet cavalier coupe and am wanting to attempt
to replace the relay fuse for the blinkers as they do not turn on at all and am
wondering where I might locate it and what exactly I am looking for

a relay and a fuse are two different things , anyway , the flasher unit is what you may want to look for , an owners manual would show that , u-tube has many videos for different models
