Question type: General

Key is stuck in the ignition. I am able to start and turn off the car so I can drive it I
just can't remove the key. So I need to use the power lock system and then lock
drivers side door with the valet key. any suggestions The key stuck in ignition is
not a key like with teeth it's like a key that you can open and lock doors with has a
button to open trunk and panic button, looks like the top of a key but is like a stick
with a red end a think like a lazer or something like that

This is usually caused by a bad key,it has a rechargeable battery and is not replaceable, you may need to have a dealer check it to get it out, then have it replaced with new one, unless you have a spare.
