How do I use code to reset radio? I have the code, i entered it and pressed scan button and it goes back to WAIT message.

I have a 1995 S420 Mercedes Benz. I got the radio code from the manual. I enter the
code, press the scan button (got that from the internet) and it returns to the WAIT
message. The code option takes at least 15 minutes to return.

I have same problem w/my '99 320CLK. I had entered code wrong 3 times . . . . and it went to "Wait" and it won't go back to Code. I've let motor run for as long as 25 minutes - - - and nothing. Any thoughts?
