Realistically? 6-8K. I would not buy this if you don’t have at least 10K dollars after buying it. Parts are outrageous and this mileage is at a point of major replacements. Many very smart mechanics say to run from these older Mercedes and BMW vehicles. Obviously your choice. Do you have $1,100 and a dealer level scanner to replace a strut?

Correct. Given the repairs costs to keep it going I would probably turn it down at any price.
