My 2004 chevy trailblazer will only
go into reverse until the motor
gets hot then it will not move

I would have the transmission diagnosed by a mechanic or trans shop. Based on the description, I would say something internal to the transmission is not working correctly. You will be replacing with a rebuild or used transmission if in fact I am right.
