2004 trail blazer

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2004 trail blazer half of the truck
was under water got a lot of stuff replace
now it want start from the in side are even
turn over,but you can start it from the
outside the car but want stay started cuts
off rite after no lights inside the car and
blanker not working are radio,only thing
lighting up on the dash is the service engine
soon light in on blacker that don't blank on
the passger side.please help
