07 chevy trail blazer blows heat through defroster but not by fan and i have to be moving to feel the heat

is moving and that's only through my defrost or
what what could be the issue

Make sure the coolant level is full. So it sounds like the HVAC Defrost Mode Actuator is bad. It is under the dash somewhere in the vent system.
