can I flat tow a 2004 chev. tracker 2 wd automatic

Flat tow, as in use a strap or use a dollie? You shouldn't let the drive wheels (FWD or RWD) spin for too long / spin too fast (highway speeds). That being said, as long as you're in neutral, the car should survive. I'm certain I wouldn't recommend it but that doesn't mean it's unsafe.
