Mercedes Benz 300 se has gas over Flow

Recently replaced fuel pump ran fine for two days had a hard start in the morning
replaced fuel filter starts right away after 2 minutes it start to overflow with gas, smokes
can't run. What could it be

Like I said, the sensors are not adding up to a solid reliable air/fuel mix...the engine temperature sensor plays a key role in making sure the old engine control gets it right~...they are cheap~
