Witch fuse should I run to in the fuse box

LED lights don't draw much power so you could tap in almost anywhere. How about just tapping off the cigarette lighter wire? It is live all the time on most, but not all cars.

I've always run mine directly off the battery by using an eylet that fits on the battery post bolt, 14gauge wire and a 20amp fuse/holder (the kind that has a sealed lid and I have it under the hood), and a toggle switch of some sort. I like to be able to have mine on when the vehicle is off
