Remote does not function

I took my accord to a dealership and had the window master switch replaced.  I know I should had read this site before and fixed it myself!  The problem is now the remote does not function.  Battery has been replaced and still not working.  How do I reprogram the remote to work?

Took my car back to the dealership and they reprogramed the keys. They will tell you that replacing the window main switch should not affect the remote but it does! There are several YouTube videos that show how to reprogram remote.
