I have I have a 2004 Chevy Impala ls and I need to
know where the blend actuator door is located at
so I can check if it is I have a 2004 Chevy Impala
and I need to know where the blend actuator door
is located at so I can check  and see if it is opening
or closing and working allowing my heater to work
along with my air conditioner

Depends on if it has dual controls. If so there are2 of them. Remove glove box. It's to the left ( looking towards drivers side) youtube has several video's! I just replaced mine!
