Car having trouble starting,rough idling,shutting off at stop

I have an '04 chevy impala, recently it has
been having some trouble starting unless I
really press on the gas. When idling it
almost shuts off but seems to give itself
gas and keeps running and now it's just
started shutting off at red lights. Below is a
list of everything that's been done or
replaced in the last 6 months.

-Transmission rebuild
-New EGR valve (twice)
- Full Emmisions syst cleaning (twice)
-New Alternator
-New Purge valve (egr) & pigtail wiring
-New air filters including cabin filter
-New Serpentine belt
-New tie end rods
-New Ball joints

I know some of these things have nothing
to do with the new issue but wanted to
include as much info as possible.
To me I was thinking some issue with the
fuel pump but would love some more input.

The mechanic checked the pressure said it was reading fine so they just replaced a idle oxygen motor and said to give that a try, just picked up the car and it's doing the same thing. So I'm guessing the fuel pump is failing
