My 2004 is having transmission problems. If i let my car warm up for about two minutes in the morning, my tranny is having hard time shifting from first to second gear.

My 2004 chevy impala has to warm up in the morning at least 5 minutes and
then has no problem shifting from 1st gear to second gear, but if I do not let my
car warm up that long, it's having a hard time shifting from 1st to second gear.
When i'm driving all day it's fine.

Check the fluid level.

So I recently bought a 2008 Impala from a small time dealer.
