You should see 190 in the winter because the thermostat doesnt open up until right around there. Also your low speed fan should cut on around 225 degrees and your high speed fan should cut on at around 235.

I'd like to add a suggestion. Use Mobil 1 synthetic engine oil, to handle the higher engine temperature.

If Im not mistaken thats the recommended oil for that engine.

2002 new engine allways ran at 185 now runs at 210 is that ok or should change thermostst
