my blazer lost all gears in transmission

No gears???? Not even reverse??? Or the 123 on the shifter???

I have one same issue but 95 4x4 vortec any idea the cause i have no back ground on this vehicle no prior symtoms so i have nothing to go on any help greatly appreciated

It just revs like its in neutral through all of the gears shift linkage is in tact and shifting correctly
