Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have always put fully synthetic oil in my truck. And
i took it to get a oil change and I told them what to
put and they put non synthetic oil in it and now it
blows white smoke out the exhaust. So i parked it
and haven't drove it. How can i fix it?

drail and replace with the synthetic... its ok to upgrade fro conventional oil to synthetic but not the other way around...

Did the crankcase get overfilled with oil? That would cause smoke. Switching between regular and synthetic oil will hurt nothing.

No it didnt overfill but it went from fully synthetic to non synthetic. That wont hurt it?

As long as the oil was the same grade (weight) as the synthetic there is NO WAY you would be able to tell the difference. It will not hurt anything. If it wasn't way overfilled you have other issues going on.
