2000 4.7 tundra new starter new battery same problem truck clicks won't crank

truck ran fine to work. went to get lunch, click, click,click. tried a jump nothing. replaced
starter, nothing replaced battery, nothing. help!

When you replaced the stater did it come with solenoid? It's attached to the starter
