MY EXHAUST on my ENGINE was hot within 30 seconds after I started it.what could be the problem .IT doesn't over heat and my temp gauge says my car isn't hot

I know I wouldn't want to put my hand on my exhaust after 30 seconds, fuel mixture is rich at start up so exhaust gases are very hot coming out. As long as the pipes aren't glowing I don't believe you have any problems. usually a check engine light will turn on if you have any engine management trouble.

MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS BEEN ON EVER SINCE.DO YOU THINK MY THERMOSTAT COULD BE STUCK, IT'S NOT OVER HEATING.MY FEET GET REALLY HOT AND MY HEAT ISN'T ON

Now you've have someplace to start, have the codes pulled at someplace like autozone, they do it for free, write then down and post them back here. You may have an ECT sensor out of whack or an O2 sensor not showing any readings, something like that. If the check engine light is on there is always something wrong.
