I have a 94 Toyota tercell 3 EE-E. It was running just fine yesterday. This morning I jumped in to go to work and all it did was crank over. We are hearing a "clunking" or "rattling" sound when we shift gears on our 5 speed 1986 Toyota Tercel Wagon....it seems to be getting slightly louder. We just had a screw tightened for the gear shift - but the clunking is not going away. I pulled a 97 Terrell tyranny from pick a part. It's a 3 speed same as mine, also a 97. But it has a extra sensor plug in & the back side mount is longer & the back of it is bigger. Will it work. 1 Answer
The tranny I pulled is from a 4 door. The car I have is a 2 door.
