Higher mileage Toyotas have problems with the valve seals. Lots of cars do. They become brittle over time and fail. If its just a few seconds of bluish white smoke at startup. And or after extended idle times, like more than 15 minutes. Its probably bad valve seals. This is usually harmless and not much to worry about. Other than higher oil consumption. Over time it will get worse as the valve guides wear out.
