Recurring P0420 code on 2001 Tacoma 3.4L, manual trans. 288,000mi.

Replaced O2 sensor on Bank 1. What other engine management sensors need to be checked or replaced.  Data recorded in freeze frame varies as to temp, rpm, speed, etc.

Have it checked with live data scanner, it could be the catalytic converter getting plugfed
