Wet passenger floorboard 01 Toyota Tacoma

My floorboard on the passenger side is soaking
wet. AC does not get cold either, separate problem
from the wet floorboard

Really low on freon or completely out if pump doesn't come on

I don't smell coolant, just water. So the AC condensate drain line is under the truck on the passenger side?
