I have a 1996 Tacoma lx 4x4 with 15 inch rims. I ordered 16 inch rims and 265/75r/16 Cooper sst pros tires.would I have any problems with rubbing some say maybe some say no any answers please

265/75-16 have a diameter of 32.24". What is the tire size of the 15's you have now? It seems like a big increase that may interfere on a sharp turn --- the aspect ratio of 75 is high, a very 'tall' sidewall of 8.12" and that is very tall

You have a fair amount of tire size latitude on a 4x4. I rather doubt you will have any problems as the size you selected is fairly modest and not much bigger than stock.
