Wheel Tire recommendations? 3" revtec lift

I want to buy a wheel tire combination that max's out the wheel well.  Black wheels big tires to beef this taco up.

You could fit 33's with minor trimming and with the proper backspacing of your rim. 33'' BFGoodrich All Terrains on a black 15" rim would look pretty good I think.

With 31 inch tires would you want to put them on 15" or 16" rims?

I have 265 65 r17 inch rims.on my 96 taco.they are around 31 inch tire.they don't rub on turns.i have more clearance.if I'm driving as a daily on mostly concrete.il go back to 15's stock.
