If the humidity is low there will be no condensate.

Of course your absolutely right. But there is humidity and I do know it's just water. So I will refine my question a little because my truck until today has always produced the discharge of the water. I can't find what is either plugged up and especially where this displacement comes out of. I'm not the best of mechanics but I am very intelligent and mechanically inclined. Just now have my discharge hose leaking from a pin hole and if I can find out if something else is causing a back up then I won't be waisting time and money on a new hose to turn around and have it happen again.

You could try to clean the hose or replace it. Check the dew point in your area. If it is below 35 degrees or so it will not produce condensate.

If the hose was plugged eventually the passenger side floor would get wet.

My problem is I can't find the hose where the condensation comes out for me to check or clean which was exactly what I wanted to do?

Thanks a ton I sure would like to find the condensation hose. But I own a Haynes not a Chilton's and it covers so many books. I guess I am not going to use it until I replace my discharge hose or maybe Jb weld it? For a bit what you think F O R

F_O_R sorry to keep hitting u up but your the only one helping and I am very greatful. Temps were in the high sixties humity 40+

Normally the hose hangs down at the firewall under the car on the passenger side. Your dew point is around 47 degrees.

Great just before I got your message I found the condensation hose. Sure appreciate your help if you can do me one more solid. How about the Jb weld on the metal discharge line where o have that pin hole?

JB weld is great stuff and should work. A dab of silicone would also do it. Just make sure things are dry first.

So silicon under the Jb weld. And of course I will make aire its dry clean and all the goods I'll let you you know how's it goes. And again thank you for the advise and back up I was pretty sure of. Once I read that my passenger floor would be wet I found it instantly. Great advise my fellow American
