how do i determined if it is the fuel related,fuel pump,or may even be a timming issue,such as timming belt breaking?

Easiest method is to buy a can of starting fluid. Pull the air filter and spray a little bit in the intake. If your engine has a fuel related problem, it will start up on the starting fluid and then die out.

But please be careful, do not spray an excessive amount. It the timing chain has jumped and it backfires, too much starting fluid can ignite..
