Why do I have low airflow coming out of dash vents?

I have a 2005 Toyota Sienna and I am getting very little airflow coming out of
my dash vents. The air is cold and I can increase and decrease the speed, I am
just not getting much air to pass through the vents to cool myself and my
passenger. The defroster, foot, and rear vents seem to work just fine.

I have blown out any debris from the cabin air filter, even though there wasn't
much there. It is dirty though. I ran the A/C without the filter and that did not
change the results or airflow. I also swapped out the relay hoping that would
do something.

Any help would be great. It is starting to get hot in my area and the floor vents
just don't cool down the van fast enough.

Correction. After looking at everything last night, the floor and face vents are both barely letting any air out. The defroster vents are on all the time. When I switch modes on the dash to change where the air should come from, nothing changes, the defrost vent does not change. Cold this be the blend door actuator? Or a short in the electronic switch? Any thoughts or expertise would be great.

The filter is probably in need of changing. But I am getting full power out of the defrost/windshield vents. Are these vents not filtered through the cabin air filter?

I would guess that all the air comes through the filter so if the defrost is full power but not the front vents, then you may have something in your ductwork or the flap that redirects the air to the defrost, vents, or floor is not working correctly. Sorry I can't be more help.

It's not the filter! It is the vent door selection motor switch
