Fraudulent pricing!

Does Car Gurus that a dealer is advertising a $1,500 price when in fact that is
just the down payment? The company is In Line Auto Sales, in Naples, FL. The
"price" has been evaluated by Car Gurus as a great deal, when in fact it is not a
great deal since the price is revealed in the dealer description as follows "$1,​
500 is a DOWN payment. $4,​300 is the CASH price."
