I broke my key and need to disable locks

Where would I disabled my locks
and is it the same fuse for
window? I broke my key to the
ignition and no spare

Call a locksmith to come out and cut you a new key and program it to the car. There is no way to start the car without a programmed key. You can also contact a Toyota dealership to get a new key.
