Blower motor?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I used to have to kick my blower motor to get my
air to work in my car and now I can't get my
blower motor to turn off even when my keys out
of the ignition I have to disconnect the battery to
get it to stop. Do I need to replace the blower
motor or the switch??

fan motor has an electronic speed controlled motor. Possibly the module has shorted out. should be located under dash, above the passenger feet . check this out. may be the issue, replaced it on 2004 3 times.

Ok your talking about the resistor that the blower motor is connected to?
