Overheating still after thermostat replacement

Radiator hose burst like a month ago and
was replaced after adding water since the
antifreeze was gone without notice.and part
was replaced but now My truck overheating
still even after thermostat being replaced
and oil looking milky. What do i do..

Check your water pump, I don't know what the oil looks like it mite be a cracked head. More likely it is a water pump. The water pump moves the coolant from your radiator to your head. If you leave the cap off radiator and start your engine you should see the coolant circulating. Beware don't open when hot.

I think you describe a bad head gasket, it happened when it ran hot, warped the head. That is why you have milky oil, the more milky and light color it is the more water in oil. The more you run it with water in oil/crankcase the more damage done to bottom end and the more costly to fix, stop running the engine if you want to fix it.
My 2006 Chevy Equinox keeps running hot I replace a water pump the thermostat and it's still running hot what's the problem
Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue? I have the same problem. I’ve replaced everything and it still over heats. No signs of it being a head gasket. Just wondering what you guys did
