2000 Toyota RAV4 accelerates slow

I have a 2000 Toyota RAV4 and when I turn it on in
the morning I have to press the gas to keep it on or
else it turns off. Then when I’m driving it’s slow to
accelerate and won’t pass 3000 rpms.
