When do I change timing belt for RAV4 Toyota if mileage is 134,000

I have 134,000 miles on my 2000 RAV4 so is it time to replace timing belt

Unfortunately, Toyota has made this entire thing more confusing for everyone, flipping between the chains and belts with varying years and models. This website does help, but, it would have been nicer if they had been more consistent with each model.
