Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was repairing a water leak in the bypass line far down back against firewall, I am assuming that I left off or transposed a vaccumm hose or the gas line somewhere.  Any Ideas where I might look for my mistake so I don't have to pull everything off again.

It would be best if you retraced you own foot steps to find the issue.
